The charity Cats Protection has just released a brand new app which allows you to create and run your very own cat rehoming centre. The game, which is fast becoming my favourite pastime, has a variety of tasks for you to complete. You must master hiring volunteers, buying cat food, and finding new homes for feline friends. There are also a range of levels that you can unlock by playing match 3, where you must line up at least 3 of the same symbols in a row.

Although the game is great fun, you might be wondering how it is actually helping the charity. The app is free for you to download, but there is the option of making extra in app purchases. All of the profits from the purchases go directly to helping Cats Protection. The app also creates awareness of their cause in an entertaining way, and lets the user experience the everyday issues that charities like Cats Protection face.
