This October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and charity Breakthrough Breast Cancer have a great new fundraising event for you all to take part in.

On Friday 18 October they will be holding their first ever 'Great Pink Bake Off'. You can get involved by getting some friends together, putting all your baking skills to the test, and then having lots of fun judging the results together! You can also upload your baked creations to their website - and don't worry if your fondant fancies flop, as they will even be running a competition for the best baking disaster!

Check out the Great Pink Bake Off website for some great fundraising materials like printable pink bunting, invites, rosettes and sweepstake kits. They also have some delicious recipes for inspiration (we are salivating over Jane Asher's coffee & chocolate traybake and Tris's cinnamon shortbread).
