The British Deaf Association (BDA) is a Deaf-led organisation focusing on Deaf people using British Sign Language (BSL) or Irish Sign Language (ISL) as their first or preferred language. The BDA campaigns for change and provides direct services to support Deaf people in advocacy, rights, education and sign language, working towards its vision of a society where Deaf sign language users are included, accepted, and have the same opportunities and recognition as everyone else.
